Shipping Policy

Processing time takes up to 2-4 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. This process can take up to about 1 full week.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

All orders are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 3-4 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame for the product in question. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. International orders typically take approximately 10 business days for delivery and shipped via USPS as well, unless otherwise stated by the customer.

Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.

 

Orders are not shipped on Holidays or Weekends

 


Errors and Shipment Delays

We are not responsible to weather related damaged or delays! Once the package leave our hands it's completely out of our control!!! However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up,if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.



International Shipments

All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information.

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties.

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to request a return or exchange?
Send us an email to stluxuryhair@gmail.com. You must contact us prior to sending your return. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stluxuryhair@gmail.com 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us first on stluxuryhair@gmail.com 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
